Tikesa Hale, the Managing Director of xHalEvents has launched her business where she is providing her services to our community. Her passion for event management and her dedication to achieving her goals has been evident throughout her career which lead her to completing her Diploma in Event Management. With a strong belief in the power of events to bring people together and create memorable experiences, she has made it her mission to provide well-structured events that cater to the unique needs and interests of her clients.
xHalEvents has a strong focus on the three C’s: Cultural, Community and Creative events. One of the key strengths of xHalEvents is their ability to offer a wide range of event management services. Whether it’s organising a cultural event, coordinating a community fundraiser, or planning a creative workshop, Tikesa has the expertise and resources to handle every aspect. From venue selection and logistics management to marketing and promotion, they ensure that every detail is taken care of, weaving magic into every occasion.

Tikesa shared that “When starting a business, running a household and working part time there are many challenges, however once you have a strong idea of your business and what you want to achieve just go for it. Apart from my family, I’m receiving so much support from First Nations leaders in the industry who have provided me with opportunities, support and guidance which is so important during those early stages of running a business.”
